Jônathan Dambros is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Turing since January 2023, overseeing a team of over 30 professionals for a leading AI company. Previously, Jônathan served as a Python Developer, training for the same company and addressing complex coding challenges to optimize AI models. As a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) since July 2019, Jônathan holds a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering, complemented by a Master’s degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from FURG. At Latos from October 2019 to April 2023, Jônathan led efforts to develop a web-based platform, Heron, to improve Data Science solutions in manufacturing. Jônathan also gained experience as a Visiting Researcher in Machine Learning at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau in 2018.
