Paras Joshi

Paras Joshi is an AI/ML Lead and data scientist with extensive experience in both onsite and offsite projects across various geographies. They have led client interactions at the CXO level and are adept at navigating fast-paced environments with evolving business goals. Currently serving as a Lead Data Scientist at Turing, they focus on reinforcing RLHF in large language models through conventional coding and machine learning challenges. Previously, they held positions at dunnhumby, TransOrg Analytics, and BHEL, where they developed predictive models and optimized operational processes. Paras holds a BTech degree from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
