Eda Dogan

Eda Dogan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Customer Experience Associate Director at Turkcell since October 2011, Eda has successfully created and launched numerous campaigns and managed marketing strategies for the New Acquisition Product Portfolio within the residential segment. Prior to this role, Eda worked as Senior Product Manager for Turk Telekom, where responsibilities included managing retention campaigns and overseeing the VoIP product "Wirofon." Eda's career began at HARIBO GmbH & Co. KG, where significant achievements included launching the first on-air ad campaigns for HARIBO Turkey and driving brand awareness and market share growth. Eda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Informatics from Marmara University, where studies were conducted in German.
