Levent Mutlu

Levent Mutlu is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Radio Network Technology Master Expert at Turkcell since September 2019, Levent specializes in product management and integration of wireless products from multiple vendors. Prior to this, positions at Huawei Technologies included Service Solution Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supporting MBB pre-sales and after-sales activities, developing service solutions, and collaborating with various departments. As a Wireless Team Leader in technical support at Turkcell, Levent managed customer interactions and RF/wireless issues while leading technical solutions. Additional experience includes roles at Vodafone as an RF Optimization Engineer and as a Managing Partner at DT Bilişim Grubu. Levent’s career began with early roles in project control and engineering at Huawei Technologies, complemented by foundational experience in biomedical engineering and RF circuit design. An alumnus of Istanbul University, Levent holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
