Maide Karzaoğlu

Maide Karzaoğlu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Account Manager at Turkcell since September 2019, Maide oversees the hiring process for various technical teams and international subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Maide worked as an HR Business Partner at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası, managing full-cycle recruiting and performance management across multiple departments, and at Lokman Hekim Hastaneleri, overseeing HR functions including employee relations and career development programs. Maide also gained experience as a freelance photographer, collaborating with renowned brands, and completed an internship at the Turkish Armed Forces’ Clinical Psychology department. Maide holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ankara University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Health Sciences.
