Murat Yardım

Murat Yardım is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application operations, currently serving as the Application Operations - Customer & Channels Operations Associate Director at Turkcell since January 2011. Murat leads four teams of over 60 employees, managing CRM and Digital Channels applications for a broad customer base, including 35 million mobile and 15 million fixed internet subscribers. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, overseeing vendor relationships, and budget management while implementing agile methodologies. Prior to Turkcell, Murat held roles at Superonline as Application Operations Manager and at Nortel Netas as Software Design Manager, where leadership and technical expertise were demonstrated through various projects in the telecommunications sector. Murat holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and has recently completed a course in Strategic Thinking for the CXO at the University of Cambridge.
