Samet Keleş has extensive experience in customer experience management and sales development, most recently serving as the Principal Customer Experience Manager at Turkcell. Prior to this role, Samet held various positions at Turkcell, including Corporate Business Project Manager and Sales Development Specialist. They began their career with internships at the Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry and İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, alongside a brief role at Amish Market. Samet holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication and Brand from İstanbul Bilgi University and is currently pursuing a second Master's in Engineering Management at Bahçeşehir University.
