Okan ÇAPAR

Okan Çapar is a dedicated professional currently working as a Net Uzman at TurkNet İletişim Hizmetleri since 2021. They completed their undergraduate degree in International Relations at Abant İzzet Baysal University from 2013 to 2018 and obtained a master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2021. Okan also earned an associate degree in Justice from Anadolu University in 2021. During their education, they developed skills in communication, organization, law, and foreign policy, while also participating in various leadership roles within the Social Sciences and Debate Society. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Law Transactions Assistant Specialist at Rönesans Holding, where they coordinated with HR teams across various regions and managed mediation processes.
