Gordon Thomson

Gordon Thomson is currently the Director and Head of Planning Scotland at Turley, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as an Associate Director and Planning Director at Lichfields UK from 2015 to 2021, and as a Senior Planner at Barton Willmore from 2005 to 2013. They also gained valuable experience as a Planner at South Lanarkshire Council between 2003 and 2005, and began their career as a Student Planner at Aylesbury Vale District Council from 2000 to 2001. Gordon holds an MA Hons in Town and Country Planning from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2003.
