Mike Lambert is a retired professional with extensive experience in planning, development, and urban regeneration across both public and private sectors. A Chartered Town Planner, they served as Chief Executive of Renaissance Southend URC from 2005 to 2010, facilitating over £150 million in investment for Southend’s regeneration. Previously, they held positions as Director (Head of Planning) at Countryside Properties, and as Director of Regeneration at Countryside Properties PLC, where they managed major urban regeneration projects. In addition to leading their own consultancy, Mike Lambert Associates Ltd, they currently serve as a Strategic Advisor at Turley while enjoying semi-retirement. Lambert holds a BA(Hons) in Town & Country Planning from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
