Stefan Redfern is the Head of Business Development and Marketing at Turley. Stefan has over ten years of experience in marketing, event management, and media sales.

Redfern began their career as an intern at Un-Convention, a music festival in Manchester, UK. Stefan then went on to work as the Media Sales Manager at the University of Manchester Students' Union for seven years. In this role, they were responsible for generating advertising revenue for the student newspaper and website.

In 2013, Redfern left the University of Manchester Students' Union to join AHR, a architectural firm, as their Marketing and Communications Manager. Stefan was responsible for copy-writing, managing social media and website content, line management and staff development, liaising with internal stakeholders and PR agencies, and managing multi-channel campaigns. During their time at AHR, Redfern assisted in the development of a bespoke website CMS and CRM system. Stefan also conducted market research to inform business development decisions and wrote and designed award submissions and coordinated industry surveys.

In 2017, Redfern left AHR to join Turley as their Head of Business Development and Marketing. In this role, they are responsible for leading the marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing external agencies, coordinating events, and overseeing all aspects of business development.

Stefan Redfern attended The University of Manchester, where they received a Masters of Enterprise (MEnt) in Arts and Cultural Management and a BA (Hons.) in Archaeology.

Stefan Redfern reports to Dave Trimingham, Chief Executive. They work with Chrysta Poppitt - Senior Director, HR, Stuart Irvine - Senior Director, Planning South East, and Stephen Bell - Senior Director, Planning & Head of Planning North.
