Established in 2016, Turn Up the Value works with organisations across sectors to create and deliver effective social impact strategy, measurement and reporting frameworks. Director Karen Smith is passionate about supporting organisations to maximise the contribution they can make to society, the local economy and the environment. Karen has 23 years of experience working across the public, private and voluntary sectors with a proven track record in community engagement and building cross sector collaboration. She specialises in using a social accounting methodology to demonstrate, maximise and celebrate the difference made by organisations.

For larger organisations, complex fast-moving projects or partnerships, it can be difficult to develop the necessary in-house expertise and oversight to effectively capture and communicate the social impact of your activities. For projects where coaching and training isn’t enough, Turn Up The Value brings the expertise to directly design and implement your social accounting framework, data collection methodology and impact reports.
