Tyler Pratt is the Managing Director of Recruiting for F&A Search Services at Turn2Partners. They have held various roles within the company, progressing from Associate to Senior Director of Recruiting, and have previous experience as a Senior Associate. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Tyler served as both a Recruiter and an Aviation Weapons Technician from 2018. Tyler studied Business Administration and Management at Shepherd University from 2013 to 2015 and completed advanced training at the United States Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Maintainer "TOPGUN" in 2018.
