Edward Walden

Edward Walden is an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Specialist currently serving as the Head of EDIB at Turn2us. Previously, they were the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Power to Change Trust, where they designed a three-year DEI strategy focused on addressing systemic marginalization. Edward has over a decade of experience working for various disabled people's charities and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent. Additionally, they are an elected member of the Board of Trustees for the Association of Charitable Foundations, where they chair the DEI committee. Edward continues to advocate for impactful EDIB practices grounded in data and co-production.
