In recent roles, Urko has managed substantial sales operations across Europe, overseeing a team of up to 45 individuals and achieving notable revenue targets. Urko holds an Executive MBA from Escuela de Organización Industrial and several postgraduate qualifications from prestigious institutions, enhancing their expertise in e-commerce and hospitality management. Currently, Urko serves as the Commercial Director for Turneo and is a Managing Partner at Into The Leader.
