Dave Maynard

Dave Maynard is a seasoned construction executive currently serving as President of Gradex Construction Company since May 2021. Concurrently, Dave operates as a Self Perform Consultant at Turner Construction Company, providing consultancy services for national Self Perform operations while also holding the role of Senior Concrete Project Manager and Estimator for the Self Perform Concrete Unit since September 2012. Prior experience includes working as a Field Engineer and Estimator for Kiewit from January 2010 to August 2012, where Dave contributed to significant projects such as the Portland ESCSO Project. Earlier, Dave gained valuable experience as a Public Service Intern at the Nevada Department of Transportation, focusing on surveying and construction inspection. Dave earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
