Previously, Ed has held significant roles at companies such as Mortenson Construction and Russelectric, where they led teams, managed critical infrastructure projects, and developed comprehensive training programs. Ed's commitment to efficient operations and a collaborative work environment has consistently propelled organizations to higher levels of profitability and efficiency. They hold an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Ashland Business College and are pursuing further education in CDCP and CDCS credentials.
