Eric Pabst

Eric Pabst is a submarine veteran with over eight years of experience in the U.S. Navy, where they served as a Nuclear Electrician, leading training programs for new reactor operators and supervising large teams. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University. Currently, Pabst works as an MEP Superintendent at Turner Construction Company, directing subcontractors and ensuring project quality and safety. Previously, they gained diverse managerial experience in roles such as Night Shift Plant Manager at C.H.I. Overhead Doors and a Field Service Representative at Schneider Electric.
