Hammad Rasheed

Hammad Rasheed, PE, currently serves as a Self Perform Preconstruction Engineer/Estimator at Turner Construction Company since February 2022. Prior to this role, Hammad worked as a Senior Project Engineer/Pre-construction at Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C. from August 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included identifying constructability issues and facilitating negotiations to enhance productivity. Hammad began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer in Design and later as a Graduate Research Assistant at Western Michigan University from August 2011 to April 2013, contributing to automated building inspections and the development of construction monitoring prototypes. Hammad holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
