Michael Penney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction estimation and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Turner Construction Company since May 2021, Michael previously held the position of Chief Estimator for the Northern California Healthcare Division at Swinerton from December 2017 to March 2021. Michael has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at California State University-Sacramento, teaching an advanced estimating course from February 2012 to May 2018. Earlier roles include Preconstruction Manager at Turner Construction Company, Project Manager at S.D. Deacon Corp. of California, and Estimator/Project Manager at Webcor. Michael started as the Owner of Arctangent Builders from August 1996 to December 1997. Michael holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Arizona State University.
