Nika Ramirez

Nika Ramirez is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience as an Accountant in Operational Finance at Turner Construction Company since January 2013. In this role, Nika managed multiple project accounts and contributed to the Young Professionals Group. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Accountant on a large LAWA project in collaboration with PCL and handling Accounts Payable. Nika began a career in finance as an Accounting Clerk, focusing on accounts payable auditing and data management. Earlier positions include retail and sales roles at Urban Outfitters, Starbucks, O'Neill, and Nordstrom, where customer service and sales skills were refined. Nika holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Public Relations minor from California State University, Fullerton.
