Tim Blood, DBIA, is currently the Preconstruction Director at Turner Construction, where they collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to enhance the built environment. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, Tim has a robust background as a Project Director at Sundt Construction, where they focused on obtaining quality work and exceeding client expectations. They are recognized for their skills in negotiation, budgeting, value engineering, contracts, and project estimation, and are a LEED accredited professional and LEAN leader.
