Tom Paulsen is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Operations Manager for the Special Projects Division at Turner Construction Company since May 2017. Prior to this role, Tom held positions as Senior Superintendent and Craft Superintendent at Kiewit from July 2013 to May 2017, as well as Carpenter Foreman. Earlier experience includes serving as a Foreman at Slater Concrete Construction from May 2011 to May 2013. Tom Paulsen is an alumnus of Central Michigan University.
