Tylen Gustaff

Tylen Gustaff is a Mechanical Engineering student at Oregon State University, expected to graduate in 2025. With a diverse range of experience, Tylen served as a Member Services Specialist at Oswego Lake Country Club from September 2019 to June 2020, where responsibilities included bag room operations and member services. In the customer service industry, Tylen worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Starbucks, achieving a promotion to Assistant Manager within two months, and gained valuable communication skills. Recent internships at The Walsh Group and Skanska provided additional exposure to construction management, collaborating with Superintendents and Project Managers on various projects. Currently, Tylen is employed as an Engineering Assistant at Turner Construction Company since August 2025.
