The company is a result of a merger, five years ago, of the management portfolios of Turner Locker & Co and Barnfield Commercial Ltd., both local firms which have been established for well over 30 years in total.

A management package is tailored for each individual client and property and we offer excellent service and personal contact for all aspects of the management process from the collection of rent, service charge and insurance to the repair and maintenance of the buildings themselves including health and safety issues.

We currently administer an income of over £3 million, spread over a management portfolio of approximately 110 properties including shops, industrial and multi let offices.
