Brandon Davis has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Brandon started their career at Geek Squad in 2013 as a Geek Squad Manager, where they were responsible for scheduling and developing consultation agents, repair agents, and car audio technicians. Brandon also analyzed business metrics to identify gaps and provided coaching to associates. In 2019, they joined Turner Techtronics, Inc. as a Shared Service Desk Team Lead, acting as the first escalation point for L1/L2 agents providing support across various companies. Brandon ensured timely solutions for clients, collaborated with internal IT teams, and maintained documentation and resolutions. At the same company, they also served as the Fox Service Desk/NOC Team Lead, where they provided first-line support for major companies like Fox Film Entertainment, Fox News Group, Disney, and National Geographic. Brandon Davis attended Granada Hills Charter School, where they completed their education in an unspecified field of study in 2005. Brandon then acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in January 2022, and the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification in May 2022. Lastly, Brandon obtained the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in February 2023, and the CompTIA Security+ certification in April 2023.
