Rob Halstead is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. Currently, Rob serves as the Interim Director of Risk Management at HS2 Ltd since July 2023, having previously held the role of Head of Risk Management at CROSSRAIL LIMITED from March 2009 to May 2016. Prior to this, Rob worked as Business Risk Manager at Metronet Rail from December 2004 to March 2009 and started a career as a Risk Analyst at DS+A Ltd from April 2001 to December 2004. Additionally, in January 2023, Rob held dual director positions at Turner & Townsend, overseeing Controls & Performance in Programme Advisory and Project and Programme Management in Infrastructure. Rob holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from UCL and an MSc in Industrial Design from The University of Salford.
