Wayne Lambert

Wayne Lambert is a Supplier Diversity Professional dedicated to creating economic opportunities for diverse businesses. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various NYC agencies, they have advanced programs focused on minority and women-owned businesses (M/WBEs), achieving significant improvements in utilization and compliance. Wayne has held positions such as Chief Diversity and Industry Relations Officer at the NYC Department of Design and Construction and Deputy Director of Programs at the Mayor's Office of M/WBE. They currently serve as the Director of Supplier Diversity at Turner & Townsend and as a Board Member for both the NYC Procurement Policy Board and SMPS New York. Wayne is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The City College of New York and an MBA in Economics and Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
