Leanne Smith is a dedicated PBS Practice Lead with extensive experience in Positive Behavior Support. Previously, Leanne managed the Behaviour Support Team at Exemplar Health Care, where strong communication and training skills significantly enhanced care quality. Currently, Leanne serves as a Trainee Behaviour Analyst at ivolve care & support while pursuing an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Bangor University. With over two years of management experience in health care, Leanne is committed to applying evidence-based practices and fostering continuous development within the sector.
