An East Sussex Pilates Studio, established in 2009, offering small group and private Matwork and Equipment Classes, online and in-studio.
We are a small, friendly team of dedicated and highly experienced Pilates teachers, who are passionate about our work, and its positive impact on people’s lives and wellbeing. We are qualified to the highest calibre, and our continual learning is key to the studio’s standard of excellence.
