Amit Pal has accumulated extensive experience in sales and management roles across various companies. Currently serving at Turnitin since December 2018, Amit has held positions including AM for Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives & Nepal, ADM for Central & Western India, Manager for Subscriptions in Central & Western India, and SAM for Southern & Western India. Prior to Turnitin, Amit was with Ascentx Software Development Services Pvt. Ltd. as Manager of Enterprise Sales (West) from July 2017 to December 2018. From September 2014 to July 2017, Amit worked at Practo in multiple roles, including Assistant Area Manager and Senior Territory Manager for both SMB and Emerging Markets. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Manager of Business Development at The Swiss Laundry and as Executive in Business Development at CRISIL Limited. Amit holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales & Marketing from BIBS, completed between 2010 and 2012, and attended the University of Calcutta.
