Jorge Murillo

Jorge Murillo has extensive experience in the field of rewards and compensation. Jorge has held various leadership positions in renowned companies, including Turnitin, where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Global Compensation. Before that, they worked as the Head of Rewards at Alicorp and Organización Corona. At Organización Corona, they led the development and implementation of a purpose-driven rewards agenda, advising the CEO and Chairman of the Board on compensation matters.

Prior to their role at Organización Corona, Jorge Murillo was the Rewards Director for Latin America at Kimberly-Clark, where they developed regional rewards strategies and influenced HR strategy and organizational design. Jorge also played a key role in driving market-based compensation initiatives and delivering significant cost savings.

Jorge Murillo has also worked at Abbott Laboratories, EMTELCO S.A., Kraft Foods Latin America, and Ingenio Risaralda S.A., where they gained valuable experience as a compensation and benefits specialist, rewards and learning specialist, and marketing intern respectively.

Jorge Murillo earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAFIT from 1996 to 2001. Jorge also obtained a Specialist degree in HR Management from Universidad del Rosario in 2006 and 2007. Additionally, they attended Calasanz, but no degree or field of study information was provided.
