Tracy McShan

Tracy McShan has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tracy currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Professional Services & Customer Onboarding at Turnitin, a global SaaS company dedicated to enhancing education. Prior to this, Tracy worked as the Director of Global Professional Services at ExamSoft, a leading SaaS exam platform.

Tracy has also been involved in the field of mindfulness and compassion as a Board Member and Teacher at the Dallas Center for Mindfulness and Compassion.

Before their current roles, Tracy worked as the Vice President of Customer Success and Head of Customer Experience at Scientific Learning, a neuroscience SaaS software company. Tracy'sresponsibilities in this role included overseeing customer success and managing customer experience.

Tracy also served as the Chief Congregational Life Officer and Director of Congregational Life at First Unitarian Church of Dallas, where they were responsible for various aspects of congregational development and growth.

Early in their career, Tracy worked as an Implementation Consultant and Manager at Scientific Learning, where they played a vital role in implementing neuroscience software solutions.

Prior to their roles in the education and technology sectors, Tracy gained experience in the retail industry as the Director of Technology Training at CompUSA, where they managed training and instructional design staff.

Tracy's career began as a Product Specialist and Consultant at MTech, a leading hotel management software company, where they managed implementation and training for global hospitality clients.

Tracy McShan has a B.A. in Sociology & Philosophy from The University of Texas at Arlington. Tracy also holds additional certifications such as Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional Level (CMT-P) from IMTA, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from The Greater Good Science Center, Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching, and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching. Tracy McShan obtained their CMT-P certification in June 2023.
