Deborah Baxter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Turnkey IPS since March 2020, Deborah is responsible for client engagement and driving business development. Previously, Deborah held various roles at KPMG from 1997 to 2020, including Programme Lead, Digital Transformation Lead, and Head of Restructuring Technology, where responsibilities encompassed the digitization of products and services as well as managing significant transformation projects across global operations. Deborah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Business Information Technology from the University of Paisley.
