Mark Rooks

Mark Rooks is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Global CTO at Turnkey IPS since November 2024, Mark has a strong track record of leadership in previous roles at Oak Engage from April 2015 to December 2024, where Mark held positions including CTO, Engineering Manager, Technical Director, and Development Manager. Prior to Oak Engage, Mark worked at Orchid Software from January 2000 to April 2015, progressing through roles such as Development Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Mark began a career in technology as a Mainframe Developer at Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK from May 1997 to September 1999. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Sunderland, earned between 1995 and 1999.
