Suzanne Seaton, Ph.D., is the Head of User Experience at Turnkey IPS, where they drive user-centered innovation. Their educational background includes a Ph.D. in Ergonomics from Loughborough University, where they focused on designing visual safety information for children. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Human Factors Consultant at Mima and a Human Factors Engineer at PA Consulting Group. Suzanne obtained an MSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University and a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from the Glasgow School of Art.
