Sterling Lanier has a strong background in entrepreneurship and leadership roles. Sterling is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of TurnKey, a company that assists startups and high growth tech companies in hiring offshore software developers. Sterling's responsibilities include custom recruiting developers and managing all administrative aspects of employing offshore teams. Prior to TurnKey, Sterling was the Co-Founder and CEO of Tonic Health, a patient intake and payments platform that was acquired by R1. At Tonic Health, they led the development of a fully customizable platform for healthcare providers. Before Tonic Health, Sterling founded and served as CEO of Chatter Inc., a market research firm that provided strategic guidance to prominent brands. Chatter Inc. was later acquired and is now known as Coherency.
Sterling Lanier completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management during the years 2000 to 2002. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Duke University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
