Katrina VanHuss has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Katrina is currently the CEO of Turnkey, a strategy and execution firm for social good that they founded in 1989. In this role, they have worked with many well-known brands in the social good sector.

Additionally, Katrina has been a speaker at various conferences and events focused on the nonprofit sector. Katrina has spoken on topics such as fundraising, peer-to-peer fundraising, and the future of fundraising. Katrina has also participated in webinars and panel discussions, sharing their expertise with others in the industry.

Katrina has also served as an Advisory Board Member for GoodUnited, a member of the Advisory Board for NonProfit Pro Magazine, and a Content Curator for the Conference P2P 201 by NonProfit Pro Magazine.

Outside of the nonprofit sector, Katrina has been involved in leadership roles with organizations such as the Virginia Council of CEOs, EVB - Eastern Virginia Bankshares, and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Katrina has also served as a board member for the Richmond Volleyball Club.

Katrina's work experience includes a sales role at Dictaphone Corporation and a marketing assistant position at Washington and Lee University. Despite facing challenges in some of their roles, Katrina has built a successful career in the social good sector, with a focus on fundraising and strategy.

Katrina VanHuss earned their Bachelor's degree in Journalism / Biology from Virginia Tech, completing their undergraduate studies from 1982 to 1986.
