Martin Mitchell

Martin Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Martin is currently serving as the Regional Director of Business Development at TurnOnGreen Inc. Prior to this, they founded Mitchell Microfluidics, LLC and provided global sales and marketing consulting services within the biotechnology industry for Efficient Robotics GmbH.

From 2011 to 2018, Martin worked at Clariant as the Global Business Development Manager, where they successfully established the sunliquid technology as a leading global technology in the field of converting agricultural residues and biomass into cellulosic sugars and ethanol. Martin also managed a global sales pipeline and played a key role in securing potential project capital investments worth more than $25 billion.

Before that, Martin was the International Project Manager at the Iowa Economic Development Authority. In this role, they managed a portfolio of global foreign direct investments, focusing on the life sciences and biotechnology industry. Martin successfully facilitated numerous business meetings and official visits to Iowa, resulting in substantial financial assistance and private sector investments in the state. Martin also represented the state at major conferences worldwide.

Martin started their career as an International Market Analyst at Kemin Human Nutrition and Health, where they contributed to the marketing and analysis of nutraceuticals and functional food ingredients.

Martin Mitchell completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Iowa State University. Martin pursued this degree from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations & Communications from the University of Northern Iowa. Martin attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1995 to 1999.
