Michael Dorka

Michael Dorka is a seasoned designer with over 20 years of experience in UX Design and User Research. They have led UX teams at major companies, including Despegar and OLX Group, and contributed to startups such as ank, where they were part of the founding team. Currently, Michael serves as a Senior UX Researcher at Turno, where they focus on user-centered design practices and mentor junior researchers. Their expertise extends to consulting for various projects, including creating the design blueprint for lynk, Jamaica's leading digital wallet app. Throughout their career, Michael has been active in the design community, mentoring in the "Google for startups" program and speaking at international design events.
