Welcome to TurnPoint Search Group — a woman-owned, founder-led recruiting firm specializing in direct-hire corporate roles, with deep expertise across administration, human resources, and other corporate services functions.

Our recruitment philosophy is rooted in respect, integrity, empathy, and excellence. In an industry where candidates are often rushed into roles that don’t support sustained success, we take a different approach. We conduct a highly consultative process — taking the time to truly understand each client’s culture, workflow, and hiring goals, and each candidate’s unique strengths and aspirations.

Our team has successfully partnered with leading hedge funds, family offices, private equity and venture capital firms, and emerging to enterprise-level tech organizations. These partnerships have been built on our reputation for delivering high-caliber talent, with a fast turnaround, and an exceptional candidate experience grounded in trust and transparency.

We believe recruiting is both an art and a science. Our meticulous search process ensures a thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality experience for all parties involved.

If you’re in the NYC Tri-State area and seeking exceptional talent or new opportunities, we’d love to connect. Reach out at info@turnpointsearch.com
