Molly Cinker has extensive work experience in the field of recreation therapy and program coordination. Molly is currently the Director of Adult Day Services and Memory Care Programs at Turnstone Center, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, Molly served as the Wellness Director at YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne from October 2021 to September 2022. Molly also has experience at Turnstone Center, where they worked as the Competitive Sports Coordinator and Lead Recreation Therapist from July 2016 to October 2021. Before joining Turnstone, Molly worked as a Recreation Therapist at Benchmark Human Services from January 2015 to July 2016. Their career began as an Inclusion Aid at Champaign Urbana Special Recreation in 2014.
Molly Cinker attended Illinois State University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy.

Founded in 1943 as Allen County Society for Crippled Children, Turnstone has been meeting the needs of children and adults with physical disabilities for the past 68 years.
