Matrishvan Raval

Matrishvan Raval has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Matrishvan currently holds the position of Head of Product at Turntide Technologies since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Visiting Design Professor at the University of Leicester starting in September 2020. From July 2019 to July 2023, they worked as an Engineering Manager at McLaren Applied. Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Meggitt from November 2017 to July 2019. Matrishvan also worked as a Lead Embedded Software Engineer at GE Aviation from March 2016 to November 2017, where they led globally distributed teams and championed the adoption of Agile principles. Matrishvan started their career as a Software Engineer at Rolls-Royce in August 2011, where they were responsible for the full life-cycle development of engine control software for Airbus A350 XWB and A330 neo aircraft. Matrishvan also worked as a Neuro Engineering Research Associate at the University of Leicester in 2009, focusing on the development of data clustering and signal processing algorithms.

Matrishvan Raval's education history includes various programs and degrees in business administration, leadership, and engineering. In 2008, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Leicester, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Communications and Electronic Engineering in 2011. Matrishvan continued their academic journey at the same university, pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Reliable Embedded Systems from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, Matrishvan attended the Harvard Business School and obtained an HBX Credential of Readiness (CORe) in September of that year. In 2021, they enrolled in the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and completed their Oxford Executive Leadership Programme in the same year. Most recently, in 2022, Matrishvan attended the prestigious Harvard Business School once again, completing the General Management Program, which focused on Business Administration and Management, General.
