Shuo Yang

Shuo Yang is a highly experienced software engineer with a focus on backend development and system optimization. At Turo since September 2018, Shuo has advanced through roles from Software Engineer to Staff Software Engineer, contributing significantly to various projects. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Backend Engineer at Fae Interactive from May 2016 to August 2018 and a Research Assistant position at the Institute of Parallel and Distributed Systems (IPADS) Laboratory, where Shuo implemented RDMA technology into the Powerlyra system, achieving substantial improvements in communication efficiency and computing performance. Shuo holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
