Luce Hands

Luce Hands is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive management experience across multiple venues. Currently serving as General Manager at Turtle Bay Restaurants since May 2023, Luce previously held various managerial roles at Everyman Media Group PLC from July 2020 to May 2023, including Venue Manager and Deputy Manager. Additional experience includes co-hosting #LinkedInLocal Lincoln, promoting community connections, and a decade-long tenure at Revolution Bars Group PLC, where Luce progressed through positions from Trainee Assistant Manager to General Manager, managing large teams and ensuring high operational standards. Luce holds a BSc in Sport and Leisure Management from Loughborough University.
