Mark Roberts is an accomplished compliance manager with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Compliance Manager at Turtle Bay Restaurants since October 2017, Mark previously held similar roles at Carluccio's from September 2015 to October 2017, and at Spirit Pub Company from August 2011 to September 2015. Earlier in Mark's career, employment included positions as a Senior Operational Auditor at Spirit Pub Company and as a Retail Auditor at Punch Taverns. Mark began career in compliance and auditing at Scottish & Newcastle/Spirit Group, working as a Stock Auditor from April 2003 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include an LLB in Law from the University of the West of England, obtained between 1996 and 1997, and earlier secondary education at Ysgol David Hughes in North Wales.
