Scott Grimbleby

Scott Grimbleby is the Chief Operating Officer at Turtle Bay Restaurants, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Gusto Italian and as Managing Director Designate at Blackhouse from 2016 to 2022. Earlier in their career, Scott was a Managing Partner at La Tasca, where they opened the Ealing location in 2002 and later managed operations in Leeds until 2007. Scott also gained experience as the Head of Operations at La Tasca Restaurants in 2016 and served as Restaurant Manager at Smollenskys on the Strand from 2000 to 2002. They earned a BA Hons 2:1 in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University between 1997 and 2000.
