Stephen Burke

Stephen Burke is an experienced hospitality professional with a significant background in restaurant management. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Turtle Bay Restaurants since October 2015, Stephen has been involved in the successful reopening of a site post-lockdown, achieving record sales and leading audit scores. Stephen has demonstrated strong leadership skills by hiring and developing new team members, with junior managers promoted during training. Prior to Turtle Bay, Stephen was General Manager at The Cherry Tree, overseeing revenue generation, recruitment, and operational management.
