Dave Ando

David Ando currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Turtle Infrastructure Partners, LLC, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, David Ando was the President of Turtle Southeast, Inc. from June 1983 until April 2024, overseeing all aspects of operations for the premier milling contractor in the Southeastern United States. David Ando holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, earned from Northeastern University between 1978 and 1983.
