Lars B.

Lars B. has extensive experience in the video game industry, starting in 2007 at THQ where they worked as a QA Tester and later became a Senior QA Tester. During their time at THQ, Lars played a key role in leading teams, providing mentorship, and implementing competitive analysis techniques. In 2012, Lars joined Turtle Rock Studios as the Director of Quality Assurance, where they built and managed a successful QA team and established effective test plans and reporting structures. Lars also acted as the point of contact for production-related QA needs and external hiring contacts.

Lars B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia from the University of Advancing Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
